    My own software company. I build and run production apps for my own products and for clients.

    • 00Built LezFindr on my own: Flutter app, Cloudflare Workers + Hono API, Durable Objects for real-time chat, Neon Postgres with PostGIS for location search, and R2 for media. 7,200+ signups on iOS and Android.
    • 01Moved 2,500+ LezFindr profiles from Firebase Firestore to a 20+ table Neon Postgres schema, with the plan written up in an 89KB architecture decision record.
    • 02Built a two-stage photo moderation pipeline: TensorFlow Lite on the phone, then a self-hosted Qwen-based model on Helios instead of a third-party vision API, for user privacy. Anything flagged goes to an admin review queue.
    • 03Took Neesh.art, a B2B magazine marketplace, from a Lovable prototype to production: Supabase backend with 25+ tables, row-level security, edge functions, and Google OAuth.
    • 04Built client sites for Ravenscroft Design (jewelry portfolio with a Firebase CMS) and Moffatt Ranch.
    • 05Run Helios, a self-hosted AI assistant on my own GPU. It answers visitor questions on joshmiller.xyz.
